O dizajne Classy Mansion Interiérový dizajn predajného centra

Classy Mansion je predajné centrum v čínskom Jinane, navrhnuté ako klub v orientálnom štýle. Interiér má rozlohu približne 1400 metrov štvorcových a zahŕňa čajovňu, spa zónu, posilňovňu, lounge a niekoľko súkromných jedální. Prírodné drevo, kameň s krajinnou textúrou, povrchové úpravy z antického bronzu, suzhouská výšivka a lakované predmety sú skombinované s tónmi nízkej sýtosti. V zapustenej oddychovej zóne sa nachádza 16-metrová interaktívna LED obrazovka. Ručne vyrábané paravány a starožitnosti dodávajú priestoru kultúrnu hĺbku. Dispozičné riešenie vyvažuje súkromie s otvoreným a plynulým pohybom.

Rozmery a balenie: Total design area is approximately 1400 square meters. The sunken lounge features a 16-meter LED interactive screen. Spatial modules include a tea room, spa area, gym, lounge, and multiple private dining rooms. All public facilities comply with accessibility standards, and built-in furniture meets E1-grade environmental safety requirements.

Výskum: This project involved cultural research on Eastern architectural and aesthetic traditions. The objective was to create a space that balances classical serenity with contemporary needs. The insights led to the integration of intangible heritage and modern functions, enhancing both spatial identity and market differentiation.
Inšpirácia: Inspired by the refined wooden purlins of the Beijing Forbidden City and the stillness of Jinan Daming Lake, the project reinterprets Eastern architecture and landscape into contemporary language. The design explores themes of minimalism, natural beauty, and cultural continuity, aiming to convey a modern interpretation of oriental hidden luxury through spatial storytelling.
Trvanie projektu: The project started in November 2023 in Jinan, China and finished in September 2024
Pracovný postup: Visitors are immersed in curated lifestyle scenes that feel both private and expansive. As they move through the club, sensory elements like flowing water features, interactive LED art walls, and layered textures create moments of pause and engagement. Each space is designed to evoke emotional warmth while remaining intuitive and fluid in spatial navigation.
