O dizajnu State of the Art Stanovanjsko notranje oblikovanje

State of the Art je stanovanjsko notranje oblikovanje, izvedeno v Tajpeju na Tajvanu. Projekt obsega 165,3 kvadratnih metrov in predstavlja prenovo stare hiše z ozkim, podolgovatim tlorisom in labirintasto razporeditvijo prostorov. Stene so bile odstranjene in premeščene, da bi se reorganizirali krožni tokovi gibanja in razporeditev sob. Zagotovljeno je celovito shranjevanje, rešena pa je bila tudi težava z osvetlitvijo. Uporabljeni so reciklirani in okolju prijazni materiali, med njimi lesena tla, izdelana iz reciklirane žagovine, okolju prijazne premazi ter protibakterijski paneli z ognjevarnostjo razreda I.

Edinstvene lastnosti: This design project fuses the simplified and dignified sentiments to renovate the narrow and long old house circulation as well as layout arrangement, offering comprehensive storage arrangement and solves the issue of lighting.

Proizvodna tehnologija: The construction materials are selected based mainly on the feature of repeated utilization, using recycled materials to effectively implement environmental protection, stressing the concept of sustainable utilization of earth resources, as well as to ensure the manufacturing process and the constructional process are concern-free towards the ecological environment, thereby reducing the use of energy in order to save resources, while decreasing the energy consumption during the complicated transportation process in order to maintain the natural ecology, to reduce indoor and outdoor pollution and to protect the health of people, creating a poison-free environmental protection as well as comfortable green energy residence.
Oblikovalski izziv: The area is not horizontal while the overall wall surfaces are not vertical, with tolerance even up to several centimeters, for this, the designer has reintegrated the horizontal and vertical circulations as well as the arrangement for the utility lines, with water-proofing engineering as the final construction, acting as a test to the designer’s experienced skills and the level of consideration.
Raziskave: Recyclable eco-friendly floor tiles and eco-friendly coatings are used together with the selection of FENIX germfree panels, which provide safe environmental protection and quality assurance of class I flame resistance as well as healthy green constructional materials. To create the ideal residence for the proprietor, stringent inspection and selection are conducted from the manufacturing of furniture to the production of constructional materials and coatings. With the rising of the green revolution, green energy and eco-friendly concepts are included throughout the design, setting out from the home to protect the earth with love as the start point.
Inspiracija: Simplified dignity demonstrated in front of ones eyes.
This project is an old house with a maze-like existing layout, therefore, the designer displaced and removed the wall body to re-plan as well as arrange the layout.
Trajanje projekta: The project finished in December 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Potek delovanja: To implement the present environmental protection issues, eco-friendly wooden flooring using recyclable sawdust has been selected, effectively utilizing each woodblock to reduce the cutting down of trees, thereby comprehensively accomplishing the use of eco-friendly constructional materials.
