O dizajnu Laguna 182 Stanovanjska stavba

Laguna 182 je stanovanjska stavba v Itajaiju, Santa Catarina, Brazilija. Stolpnica ima devetindvajset nadstropij in enainštirideset stanovanj, razporejenih v štirinajstih različnih tlorisih, z dvema stanovanjema na nadstropje. Ukrivljene in vijugaste linije oblikujejo fasado. Konzolne betonske terase na vsakem nadstropju spreminjajo lego, tako da ima vsako stanovanje svoj zasebni vrt. Naravna vegetacija se razrašča po celotni stavbi. Med materiali so beton, steklo, keramika, pocinkano jeklo, aluminijasti kompozitni material in certificiran les. Zasnova stremi k zmanjšanju vpliva na okolje in krepitvi občutka skupnosti.

Edinstvene lastnosti: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.
