O dizajnu Palm 1890 Primarna funkcija: Gostinska rezidenca

Proizvodna tehnologija: The project was developed through an integrated architectural, interior and landscape design methodology by S.A.I.T. Studio. Terraced structural systems support green roofs and water features in combination with reinforced concrete construction. Natural stone, timber surfaces and high performance glazing were selected to enhance durability, climate responsiveness and visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
