The bench surface and leg are carved by CNC digital control machine in the first step, and then fine tuned by manual polishing. This concept makes this chair unique along with its minimalist lines.
Fa'aosofia: This seat is inspired by Chinese ritual, which has appeared in oracle bone inscriptions and early inscriptions on gold. In the Book of Rites, Yueling has more meaning of treating each other with courtesy. The behavior of sitting is also a kind of etiquette, and the design semantics of products also follow the etiquette culture and then expand. In the background study, it analyzes the inheritance of the spirit of ritual.
