Tekonolosi Gaosiga: constructed using eco-friendly materials like recycled concrete and low-carbon steel, the villa reflects a commitment to sustainability. The building incorporates smart climate control systems and passive solar design for energy efficiency. The landscape is designed with native plants to promote biodiversity and conserve water. The design process leveraged AI technology to optimize material choices and spatial configurations for maximum environmental performance.
