- The challenge was merging luxury with sustainability while retrofitting an older structure. Balancing architectural integrity with green technologies required innovative solutions to meet stringent Leed standards and modernize without compromising environmental goals.

- This project explores retrofitting an existing property into a Leed Gold certified, net-zero energy smart home. Through audits, energy tests, and Leed guidelines, the design team enhanced insulation and integrated efficient systems, setting a new benchmark for eco friendly luxury living.

- The V House, or alternatively Boomerang, was driven by the goal of integrating sustainability with modern luxury, transforming an existing structure into an energy-efficient, environmentally responsible residence. Inspired by LEED principles, it balances cutting-edge architecture, green design, and nature to redefine luxury living while minimizing environmental impact.

- Τhis sustainable and smart project will be completed in May 2025. It is set to become one of Greece’s first Leed Gold-certified residence. It promotes urban cooling, biodiversity, and enhanced green space, combining cutting-edge design with environmental stewardship.
