Caqabadda Naqshadda: An increasing number of startups are partnering with large companies, driving demand for affordable workspace. We have designed an office environment specifically for these companies.

In the streets of Nihonbashi, you can find shops where exotic elements are integrated into the design. This is a place where tradition and innovation meet, and our thought was that a mixed interior with a nice gap, bringing Parisian elements into a Japanese office space, would appeal to startups.
Cilmi-baadhis: As startups collaborate more with large companies, the demand for flexible workspaces grows. Our design specifically caters to these emerging needs.

Dhiirrigelinta: With a rich history dating back to the Edo period, Nihonbashi has been a financial and commercial centre since the modern era. Our design honours the traditional Japanese townscape while incorporating modern elements inspired by Parisian apartments. This gave rise to the concept of the "Apartment Office". The office features a cosy lounge that encourages creativity and collaboration.
We envisioned a new type of workplace that could only thrive in Nihonbashi, where tradition meets innovation.
Muddada Mashruuca: The project started in April 2024, with a design period of May-October 2024 and construction completed in December 2024.
The project site is located at 2-24-4 Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Tokyo, Japan
Socodka Hawlgalka: The lounge faces the street, opening to the city. The office space, conference room, and other spaces are connected smoothly without partitioning them.

Users can choose where they want to work, whether at the counter overlooking the shrine in front of them or on the sofas where they can relax and think, depending on their mood. The conference room's slit glass allows visual contact between areas, encouraging creative activity.
