Rreth Villa Attie Shtëpi

E ngulitur në topografinë e tokës, vila Attie ofron një ajrim të shkëlqyer, dritë dite dhe rehati. Shtepia eshte e aksesueshme nga dy rruget qe rrethojne pallatin. Qasja e parë të çon në hapësirat private të shtëpisë si dhomat e gjumit, dhe aksesi dytësor të çon në hapësirat gjysmë private. Plani i hapësirës së hapur mishëroi idenë e kombinimit efektiv të rehatisë, komoditetit, funksionalitetit dhe rrjedhës së qarkullimit. Nivelet e përfundimit brenda dhe në zonën e pishinës janë të njëjta. Kështu që sapo hapen dritaret, të krijohet ndjesia se jeni jashtë ndërsa jeni ulur në dhomën e ndenjes.

Villa Attie Shtëpi është fitues i Çmimit të Argjendtë A' Design Award, një njohje jashtëzakonisht prestigjioze që u akordohet dizajneve të nivelit më të lartë, mahnitëse dhe mbresëlënëse. Fituesit e Argjendtë janë vepra tejet brilante dhe jashtëzakonisht krijuese që ilustrojnë ekspertizën, talentin dhe mprehtësinë e shquar të dizajnerëve të tyre. Villa Attie Shtëpi pritet të jetë një vepër e mrekullueshme, vitrinë e vërtetë e mjeshtërisë, jashtëzakonisht profesionale dhe thellësisht inovative. Ky dizajn fitues i Çmimit të Argjendtë A' Design Award është një shpikje shumë e shquar dhe e admiruar që sjell dobi dhe zgjeron kufijtë e artit, shkencës, dizajnit dhe teknologjisë. Veçoritë Unike: Embedded into the land topography, villa Attie offers a great ventilation, daylight and comfort. This design strategy created an accessibility to the house from two sides; the upper road and the road bellow. The first access leads to the private spaces of the house like the bedrooms, and the secondary access leads to the semi-private spaces; a huge open space consisting of two living rooms, a tv room, a kitchen and a dining area.
Dimensionet & Paketimi: The building consists of two livable floors and a basement used for storage and technical purposes. Each floor has an area of 250 m2 which makes a total building area of 750 m2

Teknologjia e Prodhimit: In order to reduce running costs in the building, we opted for a double glazed aluminum facade with a low emissive glass. The outer shell is made of Fair face concrete kept at a natural state and borders are covered in HDCP, that stands for High Density Concrete Panels. A new generation of GRC that allows us to create continuous blocks longer than 3 meters without any joints.
Sfida e Dizajnit: Since the plot is located between two roads and a corner, the challenge in the design of this building was to grant a double access to the house while respecting the city's rules and regulations.
Kërkimi: The footprint of the building, it's shape and selected materials were set according to a deep environmental analysis of the area. The building is oriented south-west for an optimal sun exposure and ventilation. The cladding materials were carefully selected to withstand an abrupt change in temperature. The use of two natural elements, fair face concrete and aluminum created a bold and successful combination of strict lines and shapes
Frymëzimi: Since the project is located on a rich-in-nature mountain, which is also part of a ski resort, our main objective was to grant a 180 degree view of the surroundings while respecting the natural slope of the land.
Kohëzgjatja e Projektit: The project started in March 2021 and will be completed in November 2023 in Faqra, Lebanon.
Rrjedha e Operimit: The open space plan embodied the idea of effective combination of comfort, coziness, functionality and flow of circulation.
