The project is a rare first-line sea view villa model home in Qingdao West Coast, China's ninth largest new district. Since China has ceased the development of first-line sea view residential land, the scarcity of the project is even more pronounced.

2.Functionality:
This villa has three floors above and two below, offering an open-plan living area, study, large ocean-view bedrooms, a home theater, tea room, and more.
Dimensionet & Paketimi: Minimalist Doors and Windows
For the building's facade renovation, narrow-framed, seamless, and sleek aluminum frames paired with large-sized ultra-clear glass were chosen for minimalist doors and windows. This design reduces the bulky appearance of traditional glass windows and presents the seascape as a painting through the "framed view" approach.

Utilizes modern minimalism to highlight the seascape, reducing clutter and centering on ocean views for a natural connection.
