V House është një rezidencë bashkëkohore që kombinon dizajnin modern me qëndrueshmërinë. Vija të pastra, hapësira të hapura dhe materiale natyrore përcaktojnë gjuhën e saj arkitekturore, ndërsa parimet biofilike përforcojnë lidhjen me natyrën. - The V House is a groundbreaking future Leed Gold-certified, net-zero energy luxury residence that blends sustainability with modern design. It features advanced smart technologies, energy-efficient systems, and biophilic design elements that reduce environmental impact without compromising comfort. Integrating photovoltaic panels, smart home automation, and sustainable materials sets new standards for luxury real estate, offering a seamless connection between nature, technology, and elegance.

- Spanning 425 sqm over four levels, the residence uses energy efficient insulation, triple glazed windows, and smart systems like knx automation to control climate and energy usage. The rooftop pool features an eco friendly heat pump, ensuring sustainability and luxury.

- The V House, or alternatively Boomerang, was driven by the goal of integrating sustainability with modern luxury, transforming an existing structure into an energy-efficient, environmentally responsible residence. Inspired by LEED principles, it balances cutting-edge architecture, green design, and nature to redefine luxury living while minimizing environmental impact.
