Gemdale Inner Peace është një qendër marketingu prej 550 metrash katrorë, e projektuar me kthesa moderne të vazhdueshme dhe me ngjyrat e çajit dhe të ujit. Një rrjet i strukturuar kolonash e ndan brendësinë në tri zona funksionale të veçanta por të vazhdueshme. Në boshtin e hyrjes, zona e tavolinës me rërë mbulohet nga pasqyra gri që formojnë një liqen pasqyre, dhe llambadarë në formë pikash varen sipër. Në dhomën e çajit të zonës së takimeve, tavani zbret në mur dhe është i shpërndarë me vrima të vogla rrethore. Një bar librash me tavan dhe mure në formë valësh është përballë dhomës së çajit.

Veçoritë Unike: The overall plan relies on the arrangement of structured column network, and divides the space into 3 separate and continuous functional areas. With the entrance as the axis, the area sand table is topped by grey mirrors, forming a mirror lake. Drop-like chandeliers pour down, hung in the sky. In the tea room of the meeting area, ceiling falls into the wall, which is scattered with round holes like salmon roe. Tea tables with tea sets are silently integrated into the modern curvilinear form.

Compared with the tea room, the book bar is a little less brown, but with the wave-shaped ceiling and wall, it turns into a wide open charming spaces.
Sfida e Dizajnit: The largest challenge is how to make all necessary functions perfectly integrate with the space in the limited area. Besides, the application and production of curved elements are also the difficult part in the construction.

The client hoped the core of traditional culture could be shown in the commercial sales centre in an implicit not dramatic way so as to match the identity of educated people. Thus, the designers sought inspiration from Chinese traditional elements and fluent curved elements from natural mountain and water landscape.

The white wavy louvers transformed from the facade of the original neoclassical style have great visual appeal but also reveal the secular purity like water waves.
