Villa Antioquia je privatna rezidencija koja se nalazi u Cap Kani, Punta Kana, Dominikanska Republika. Kuća zahvata 1130 kvadratnih metara izgrađene površine na parceli od 2630 kvadratnih metara. Dizajn stvara unutrašnje prostore koji su fizički i vizuelno prožeti sa spoljnim površinama parcele. Lokalni klimatski uslovi su usmerili korišćenje prirodne ventilacije.
