Casa Della Quercia je porodična vila izgrađena na panoramskoj padini sa vekovnim hrastom. Jedna nadzemna etaža prostire se na 105 kvadratnih metara i sadrži dve spavaće sobe, kuhinju, prostranu dnevnu sobu i dva kupatila. Bazen se nalazi u zaklonjenom zadnjem dvorištu sa mikroklimom pogodnom za međusezonsko korišćenje, dok prednji travnjak ostaje otvoren. Centralno okno dovodi svetlost i vazduh do prostorija u podrumu. Zidovi su debljine 53 centimetra sa 16 centimetara izolacije, a toplotna pumpa opslužuje podno grejanje i hlađenje. Ravan krov pojednostavljuje održavanje.

To reduce summer radiation, the large windows have a custom designed sliding dark wood system. There is also a sunscreen on the southwestern facade.

- The Italian rationalist houses of the thirties were the inspiration behind the design. The simple volume has been designed to avoid thermal dispersions. The flat roof allows for easy maintenance. The careful study of the interiors has allowed the creation of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, 2 bathrooms in just 105 m2. Large windows for a feeling of continuity between inside and out. On one side the panorama and on the other a vast sheltered space.
