Classy Mansion je prodajni centar u Đinanu, u Kini, dizajniran kao klub u orijentalnom stilu. Enterijer se prostire na oko 1400 kvadratnih metara i obuhvata čajnu sobu, spa zonu, teretanu, salon i nekoliko privatnih trpezarija. Prirodno drvo, kamen sa pejzažnom teksturom, završne obrade od antikvarne bronze, sudžou vez i lakirani predmeti kombinovani su sa tonovima niske zasićenosti. U spuštenom salonu nalazi se interaktivni LED ekran dužine 16 metara. Ručno izrađeni paravani i antikviteti dodaju kulturnu dubinu. Raspored prostora uspostavlja ravnotežu između privatnosti i otvorenog, fluidnog kretanja.

- This design creates a luxurious oriental-style club that blends classical cultural elements with modern sensibilities. By integrating natural materials, low-saturation tones, and large-scale layouts with handcrafted screens, antiques, and non-heritage crafts, the space offers both high-end sophistication and emotional resonance. Its blend of spatial fluidity, privacy, and aesthetic refinement distinguishes it from conventional commercial real estate.

- Total design area is approximately 1400 square meters. The sunken lounge features a 16-meter LED interactive screen. Spatial modules include a tea room, spa area, gym, lounge, and multiple private dining rooms. All public facilities comply with accessibility standards, and built-in furniture meets E1-grade environmental safety requirements.
