Theknoloji ya Tlhahiso: This project is a high level connecting body structure, in which the super high-rise office is a frame core tube structure, the high-rise office is a frame-shear wall structure, and the connecting body is located on the top of the high-rise office building.Floor and roof of all buildings are cast-in-place concrete beam and slab system.The connecting body adopts multi-truss steel structure, and the side of the super high-rise office building adopts rigid connection, and the side of the high-rise office building adopts sliding support.The floor of the connecting body adopts composite floor.
Phephetso ya Moralo: The biggest challenge in the design process of the project was the way the two towers were connected. Through constant research and comparison of model tests, we finally chose a way that was most conducive to the spatial design effect.The sufficient openness and sharing of the pavilion space in the cloud is what we want to present finally.
Dipatlisiso: Yilong International Centre located in Huangdao District, east of Wuyishan Road and north of Changjiang Road, the city environment is relatively mature.The building faces the mountains and the sea around the site, and the images of rivers, forests, streams, valleys, rocks and peaks in nature are applied in the architectural language, creating a space with a harmonious transition between the high-density city and the natural landscape, like a landscape painting or a group of green bonsai.
Kgothaletso: Continuation of the city's original cultural context, the restoration of Oriental natural philosophy and wisdom of the classical city.Collage architecture in classical landscape painting.It brings traditional poetry into the city, reconstructs the symbiotic relationship between architecture and environment in the high-density and fast-paced area, and creates a future landscape artistic conception that gives people emotional sustension.Let "landscape" everywhere.
