The building is located next to the roundabout between two main boulevards in the city of Varna. This is the largest private investment in such a building in the city and responds to the increasing interest of students to the universities. The investor's concept is to provide not only excellent living conditions, but also to create numerous prerequisites for communication and teamwork between students.

Implementing the program at a height has other advantages - freeing up more areas for landscaping and providing unique views of the sea and the city from the rooms. The movement and speed also inspired the colour solution of the facade, which is a pixelated spiral rotating around the parallelepiped of the building
