Boleng bo Ikhethang
The River House offers a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River, with a design tailored for family-oriented activities. It serves as a space for relaxation, parties, and sports. The owners envisioned a versatile main house that accommodates various needs, including areas for service and sports activities.
The ground floor includes functional spaces such as storage, a kitchen, indoor parking for supercars, a fitness area, a table tennis room, a badminton court, and a golf simulator. Additionally, the design incorporates plans for a riverside pavilion, a soccer field, and future expansion areas.
the heart of the home, features a grand living and dining room is located on the second floor. This level seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces with the use of strategically placed columns that support a remarkable 12-meter cantilever. Sliding doors extend the space by up to 20 meters, opening to a terrace and an infinity pool that offers an uninterrupted river view.
the last area ,sleeping quarters, located on the third floor. It is including five bedrooms for the children and a master bedroom overlooking the river for the parents. Skylights are thoughtfully incorporated to enhance natural light throughout the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
Boholo le Phuthelo
This three-story house measures 70 meters by 56.3 meters, with a height of 13.5 meters. Spanning an impressive 4,500 square meters, the residence is situated on a sprawling 24,316-square-meter plot near the Chao Phraya River in Thailand.

Theknoloji ya Tlhahiso
To create a grand living room on the second floor with panoramic views of the river, the design minimizes the number of columns. The columns are strategically placed at the rear of the living room, allowing the space near the river to remain unobstructed. A long cantilevered structure, supported by a concealed concrete truss integrated into the walls between the third-floor bedrooms, provides the necessary support.
This innovative combination of structural elements spans nearly 12 meters, ensuring a seamless, open space. The lightweight structure enhances the design, eliminating the need for columns near the riverfront. This allows users to fully enjoy the uninterrupted view of the river bend, free from structural intrusions.
Phephetso ya Moralo
This house is thoughtfully designed to accommodate different types of users by separating functions across its three floors Ground Floor: This level serves as a hub for service and recreational facilities, with a layout inspired by a boutique hotel. It features a spacious parking area, a drop-off zone, storage rooms, a kitchen, and indoor parking for supercars. The recreational spaces include a fitness room, a table tennis area, a golf simulator, and a badminton court, which are seamlessly connected to an outdoor soccer field. Second Floor: The main floor is dedicated to social gatherings and leisure. It features a large living room designed to host parties and accommodate various groups of guests. This space opens onto an outdoor terrace and an infinity swimming pool, offering breathtaking views and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas. Third Floor: Reserved for private use, this level houses the bedrooms. Each room is strategically positioned to maximize views of the river, ensuring privacy and comfort for the residents. Access is provided via a private lift and staircase.
In addition to functional design, the house is carefully oriented along an east-west axis to suit the tropical climate. This orientation minimizes heat gain, particularly from the west. The west-facing side is designed with opaque walls to block sunlight, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing cooling costs.
Dipatlisiso
Unlike typical private homes, this house is designed to accommodate a variety of users and activities, including family members and guests of up to 50 people. To address these unique requirements, the designer conducted extensive research into user activities and carefully planned the house’s functions. Additionally, the building’s orientation was optimized for Southeast Asia’s tropical climate.
To minimize heat gain, the narrow sides of the house face the east and west, reducing direct exposure to the intense morning and afternoon sun. This thoughtful alignment not only enhances energy efficiency but also ensures a more comfortable living environment throughout the day.
Kgothaletso
The River House is situated in Pathum Thani province, just north of Bangkok. This property boasts a stunning location with panoramic views of the scenic bend of the Chao Phraya River, Thailand's largest river. The bedrooms and living areas are strategically positioned to maximize enjoyment of the breathtaking surroundings, while a large swimming pool offers the perfect spot to cool off. The open-plan design features uninterrupted views, with expansive sliding doors that seamlessly connect the terrace and infinity pool to the river, creating a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Nako ya Projeke
The design process for the River House began in 2019, and after four years of meticulous planning and construction, it was completed in 2023. Situated in Pathum Thani province, just north of Bangkok, the property enjoys a prime location with panoramic views of the scenic bend of the Chao Phraya River.
Tsamaiso ya Mosebetsi
Located in a prime spot overlooking the panoramic beauty of the Chao Phraya River, this house features a grand living and dining area situated on the second floor, the main level of the home. This space is strategically placed adjacent to the swimming pool to maximize the view and functionality. Designed to host up to 50 guests, the area caters to diverse groups, including the parents’ guests, the children’s guests, and the grandchildren’s guests. The layout ensures that these groups can enjoy the space simultaneously while maintaining a sense of connection and versatility.
To accommodate large gatherings and recreational activities, the design eliminates interruptions from columns. Expansive sliding doors, spanning up to 20 meters, seamlessly connect the indoor living area to the terrace and infinity pool, creating an uninterrupted flow that merges indoor and outdoor spaces with the scenic river backdrop.
To achieve this column-free openness, the structural design incorporates a long cantilever supported by a concealed concrete truss within the walls between the third-floor bedrooms. This is combined with a lightweight structural system to cover the area. The innovative structure spans nearly 12 meters, ensuring uninterrupted views of the river bend while maintaining the integrity and elegance of the design.
