Theknoloji ya Tlhahiso: The installation of a projector adds a touch of luxury and entertainment, providing residents with the ultimate visual and auditory experience. The lightweight furnishings offer spatial flexibility, allowing for easy rearrangement and adaptation to different needs and activities.

The curved false ceiling light troughs bring dimensionality to the space, adding visual interest and depth. The use of wooden panels and display shelves integrates natural elements into the design, creating a warm and organic feel. Additionally, the hidden corridor doors contribute to a minimalist style, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

The choice of soft beige hues throughout the space creates a sense of unity and tranquility. The organic furnishings, such as the marble table and leather chairs, add a natural and tactile element, further enhancing the overall sense of well-being in the space.
Phephetso ya Moralo: Houses near the sea must tackle humidity's impact on living spaces. This includes damp proofing ceilings and walls to prevent moisture issues and managing indoor humidity effectively. The air conditioning layout should ensure proper placement of supply and return vents.
