Kgothaletso: R1 draws inspiration from vinyl records that carry rich music culture and collective memories. By mimicking the classic form and display aesthetic of vinyl records, it evokes an emotional connection to cherished music experiences of the past. The blend of black fabric, walnut wood, and matte black plastic creates a harmonious contrast in texture. This endows the product with understated elegance, highlighting its exceptional quality and allowing it to integrate naturally into any home setting.
Nako ya Projeke: The project started in December 2021 in Wuxi, Jiangsu. The product was launched in December 2022 in China, and its second generation was released in January 2024.
