Om Jingdong Jzao Wok

Jingdong Jzao är en wok utformad för vardaglig matlagning i hemmet. Wokkroppen kombinerar rent svart järn med en titanplasmabeläggning, som smälter samman keramiskt titanpulver med järnet för att bilda ett mikroporöst skikt. Den resulterande ytan är non-stick utan beläggning och motstår rost och korrosion. En central skruv är sammanfogad med handtaget genom insatsgjutning, och en låsningssäker gummiring samt mutter håller handtaget stabilt. En värmeisolerande konstruktion skyddar användaren mot brännskador. Den röda finishen påminner om ceremoniella huvudbonader från det antika kinesiska hovet.

Inspiration: Inspired by the ceremonial headwear of ancient Chinese officials, which symbolizes progress and achievement, this wok features a red treasure pot design, with the lid handle perfectly complementing the overall design concept. Projektlängd: The design and development of this wok started in Beijing and Shanghai in January 2024. It was introduced to the Chinese market in September 2024.
Arbetsflöde: Red, the signature color of the brand, stands out vibrantly in kitchens, offering a conspicuous visual cue. The red metal decorative ring on the wok handle increases visibility during use.
The bakelite handle is skin friendly and heat resistant for a comfortable grip, with its length designed for balanced center of gravity and easy handling. The proportion between the wok handle and the outer diameter of the wok body approaches the golden ratio of 1 to 0.618, offering an optimal user experience.
