ஹீஹேசிங்டியன் என்பது ஒரு தனியார் ஜப்பானிய பாணி இல்லத்தில் இருந்து மறுபிறவி எடுத்த தேயிலை வாழ்வியல் மற்றும் பண்பாட்டு அனுபவ இடத்திற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட தேயிலை பிராண்ட் அடையாளமாகும். இந்த அடையாளம் ஒன்றிணைவு எனும் கருத்தில் தொடங்குகிறது. கட்டிடத்தின் வாசல் வடிவம் சீன எழுத்தான "ஹே" (He) உடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டு, தேநீர் வழங்கும் ஆவியையும், ஒன்றுகூடி வெளியே விரிவடையும் பொருளையும் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. கட்டுப்பாடான வடிவமைப்பு, அமைதியாக தேநீரை ரசித்து அருந்தும் அமைதியான சூழலை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. தேயிலைப் பெட்டி மரத்தால் ஆனது, ஒட்டு பசை தேவையின்றி டெனான்-மார்டைஸ் (tenon and mortise) கட்டமைப்பைக் கொண்டு அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, இது சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு உகந்த அணுகுமுறையை ஆதரிக்கிறது.
