லோவின் மாரிஸ் வில்லாஸின் கட்டிடக்கலை மற்றும் உட்புற வடிவமைப்பிற்காக குவார்க் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டது. இஸ்தான்புல்லில் அமைதியான, கடலோரப் பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள 14 நவீன பாணி வில்லாக்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இந்த திட்டத்திற்கான குவார்க்ஸ் வடிவமைப்பு கருத்து, வில்லாக்களின் புவியியல் நிலையுடன் குறைந்தபட்ச அழகியல் மற்றும் வசதியை ஒருங்கிணைக்கிறது. பெரிய ஜன்னல்கள், எல்.ஈ.டி கோவ் லைட்டிங் மற்றும் ஸ்பாட்லைட்டிங் ஆகியவற்றுடன் மர்மரா கடலைக் கண்டும் காணும் வகையில் உள்ள வில்லாக்களின் நிலைப்பாடு கண்ணுக்கு உகந்த உட்புறத்தை வழங்குகிறது. வில்லாக்களில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் சூடான வண்ணத் தட்டு கரிம பொருட்கள் மற்றும் இயற்கை அமைப்புகளைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் பூர்த்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது.

While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.

- The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
