The project is expected to be a landmark building, which also provides a demonstration of the green and sustainable development of the city.

The atrium is under shade most of the day, naturally becoming a comfortable outdoor space. The setting of the wind tunnel can reduce wind resistance and save structural materials at the same time. Natural wind adjusts the temperature of the atrium and the ventilation of the lobby to adjust the temperature as well, which can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning.

Таҳқиқот: Located at the northeast corner of Bonifacio Global City in the Philippines, the project site is the most economically prosperous area in Metro Manila. The original building is the office of the Philippine National Petroleum Corporation and the Department of Energy.
Илҳом: Inspired by the existing atrium office space, the design is combined with the elliptical outline to maximize the utilization rate of the site. Under the conditions of echoing the sunshine, external climate, urban landscape, and commercial connection, the building forms a three-dimensional O-shape urban complex (Mega City) with a scale of 400,000 square meters, including office, residential, hotel, commerce, and meeting space.
