By designing an office space that balances cleanliness and luxury,
Increase the meaning of coming to the office, employee engagement, and well-being.

เทคโนโลยีการผลิต: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees.
ความท้าทายในการออกแบบ: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.
การวิจัย: There were two points that were most important in this project. 1, new work style.
How employees have worked, how employees want to work in the future, and how to fill the gap. User’s idea and thoughts are taking into considering in every step of the way. 2, dissemination of a new brand image.The design was done considering the effect that the space and design would have on customers and employees.

As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery.
