ሆንግያንግ ካይሳ ሪቨርሳይድ ማንሽን ኣብ ናንጂንግ፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ ብ697 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝለክዕ ማእከል መሸጣ እዩ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፍሊ “ኣርባዕተ ማያት ናብ ኣዳራሽ ዝምለሱ” ብዝብል ኣርእስቲ ዝተመርሐ ኮይኑ፡ ካብ ዝንቆ ናሕሲ ዝወርድ ማይ ዝናብ ካብ ኩሉ ወገን ናብ ማእከላዊ ግቢ ይውሕዝ። እቲ ኣቀማምጣ ካብ ተኸታታሊ ናሕሲ ናይ ባህላዊ ኣባይቲ ጃንግናን ዝተወስደ ኮይኑ፡ ብዘመናዊ ኣገባባት ንምብራቓዊ ጥበብ ይገልጽ። እቶም ጥረ ነገራት ብቻይናዊ ንድፊ ዝተሰርሑ ብረታዊ መርበባት፡ ኣጅሮ ጡብ፡ እምንን ናይ ኣጅሮ መጋረጃ መንደቕን የጠቓልሉ። እቲ ብመስኮት ናሕሲ ዝኣቱ ጩራ ጸሓይ ዝቀያየር ብርሃንን ጽላሎትን ይፈጥር።

Refining and optimizing with rational thinking, expressing oriental wisdom with modern techniques, and using the sequential technique of the roofs of Jiangnan houses to create an experience with traditional memories.

Nanjing's profound historical and cultural heritage and the unique Jiangnan residential architecture have provided a source of inspiration for this design.
