ላቭ ሲቲ ኣብ ቸንግዱ ዝርከብ 280 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍን ውሽጣዊ ቅርጺ ማእከል መሸጣ እዩ። ተግባር እቲ �space ንምጉላሕ፡ ናይ ኣርክቴክቸራዊ ንድፊ ጽሑፋት ኣብ መናድቕ ተተግቢሮም ኣለዉ። ቀጠልያ ኣትክልትን ናይ ስነ-ጥበብ ተኸላታትን ገዛዊ ሃዋህው ይፈጥሩ። ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ኣቕሑን ክፉት ጻዕዳ ገጻትን ነቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ይገልጹዎ፡ እቲ ንጹህ ጻዕዳን ተፈጥሮኣዊ ቀለም ዕንጨይትን ከኣ ህዱእን ቀሊልን ባህሪ ይህቡ። ናይ ገዛ ሞዴል ተመክሮ ከባቢ ባህላዊ ናይ ተኖንን-ሞርታይዝን ቅርጺ ይጥቀም። እቲ ንድፊ ክላሲካውን ዘመናውን ውቃበታት የላግብ፡ ንማእከል መሸጣ ናብ ናይ ጎረባብቲ መራኸቢ ቦታ ንምግባር ይዓልም።

- As a sales department project, the designers added architectural design manuscripts to the space wall to emphasize its functionality. The integration of green plants and artistic installations adds to the living atmosphere of the space. Through this sense of conflict, the artistry is formed, and the temperature of modern life is blended, so that the new and the old, the traditional and the modern can be self consistent in this brand-new space.

It is hoped that the distance between people can be shortened through the scene-based experience, so that the marketing center can become a community neighborhood center, providing more humanized community services for the residents around and increasing the social and humanistic care.
