ብዛዕባ Yango Starry Bay ማእከል መሸጣ

ያንጎ ስታሪ ቤይ ኣብ ደሁዋ፣ ኣውራጃ ፉጂያን፣ ቻይና ዝርከብ ማእከል መሸጣ እዩ። ውሽጣዊ ክፍሉ 540 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ይሽፍን። እቲ ንድፊ ናብ ናይ ከባቢ ልምዲ ናይ ሸራ እቶን ይምልከት። ቅርፅታት እቶን ተበታቲኖም ብዘመናዊ ኣገባባት እንደገና ይእከቡ። ኣሃዱታት ጡብ ብተደጋጋሚነት ሪትም ይፈጥሩ፣ ቅርፅታት ቀስቲ ድማ ነቲ ቦታ ፍሉይ ባህርይ ይህብዎ፣ ነቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፍሊ ምስ ናይ ከባቢ ታሪኽን ባህልን የራኽብዎ። እቶም ኣቕሑ ጡብ፣ ውሮ-እምኒ (waterstone)፣ ብነሓስ ዝተሳሕበ ዘይመልሕኽ ብረትን ላቴክስ ቀለምን የጠቓልሉ። በጻሕቲ ኣብዚ መደባት ህንፀት ከጽንዑ፣ ምስ ናይ መሸጣ ኣካየድቲ ክራኸቡን ኣባይቲ ክገዝኡን ይኽእሉ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: Designers use the “brick” element to give the space a sense of rhythm and use the “arch” element to shape the specific temperament, and therefore forming the connection with local history and culture.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: The project covers an area of 540 square meter.
መለለዪታት: Porcelain kiln, brick, white porcelain culture,
ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: The project used several materials, such as brick, waterstone, bronze drawing stainless steel and latex paint.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: It is important for designers to have an overall understanding of the local culture before initiating the design. Designers spent a large amount of time to study the culture and characteristics in Dehua City.
ምርምር: The project makes research of the traditional porcelain kiln culture in Dehua city, the design trend of the oriental culture as well as business development after culture involved in the consumption economy nowadays.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: The project is located in Quanzhou City, which is known as the producing area of porcelain in China. Taking the location into consideration, designers take the porcelain kiln as the inspiration to build the space while deconstruct and reassemble the kilns which are with historical and cultural significance, integrating it into the interior area with modern design skills.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project is located in Dehua City, Fujian Province, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
