ነይበርስ ሳይንስ ሲቲ ኤል ኤን ረዚደንስ ኣብ ጓንግዞው፡ ቻይና ኣብ ዝርከብ ፓርክ ሳይንስ ዝርከብ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ኣገልግሎት ዝወሃቦ ኣፓርትመንት እዩ። እዚ መንበሪ እዚ ካብ 64 ክሳብ 140 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝዝርጋሕ፡ ሓደ፡ ክልተ ወይ ሰለስተ ክፍልታት ምስ ሳሎን ዝሓዙ ኣሃዱታት የቕርብ። ትርብዒታውያን ሳጹናት ከም ኣካል ንድፊ ኮይኖም ንዝምድና ጐረባብቲ ከተማ ንምሕዳስን ዝካፈሉ ቦታታት ንምፍጣርን ተጠቒሞም ኣለዉ። እዚ ሓሳብ እዚ ኣብ ባር ሎቢ፡ ቤት መግቢ፡ ጂምን ብዙሕ ዕላማ ዘለዎ ኣዳራሽ ኣኼባን እውን ይቕጽል። ሓድሽ ተራዞ ብምኽንያት ስሉጥ መወዳእታኡን ናጻ ምውህሃድ ሕብርታቱን ተጠቒሙ ኣሎ። እዚ ንድፊ ንመንእሰያት ነበርቲ ውዑይን ማሕበራውን ሃዋህው ንምቕራብ ዝዓለመ እዩ።

- LN Residence is a high-end serviced apartment brand of LN (Lingnan) Holdings. It is located in Guangzhou modern science park, Guangdong Province, China, where is the central area of the development strategy in the east of Guangzhou and the demonstration base for the development of high-tech industries. The Residence inherits Lingnan's hospitality, it has not only the warm living of cutting-edge fashion, but also the star quality service of LN Hospitality. There are one room and one living room, two rooms and one living room, three rooms and one living room in the residence, 64-140㎡ in every room, and perfect functional zoning, rational use of every inch of space.

- In the design of suitable material, according to the project positioning at first, LN Residence is the Youth Apartment Hotel of LN Hospitality. Facing more young guests, thus it needs more young and new elements in material, combined with a warm atmosphere. The new terrazzo is the first choice in recent years, which has the advantage of cost, seamless mark, arbitrary color matching and beautiful.
