ላከቪል ሬጀንሲ ረሲደንስ ኣብ ማእከል ሻንግሃይ፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ ብሕታዊ መንበሪ ገዛ እዩ። ውሽጣዊ ክፍልታቱ ብዘመናዊ ኮሎንያል ስታይል ዝተነድፈ እዩ። ጸሊምን ጻዕዳን ሕብርታት ኣብ መላእ ቦታ ብንጽጽር ዝቐረቡ እዮም። ንጥቀሙዎም ንዋታት ኣብ ንኡሽቶ ጡብ ተመሳሳሊ ቅርጺ ዝተቖርጸ ተራዞ፡ ብሽመናዊ ስርዓት ዝተሰርሐ ወረቐት ጽርዓት፡ ከምኡ'ውን ብዝርዝር ኣርክቴክቸራዊ ጥበብ ናይ ገጠር ምብራቕ ዝተሰርሑ መዓጹ (ሻተርስ) ይርከቡዎም። ክፍሊ ኣቀማምጣ ብዝቕላል ስነ-ጥበብ ዝተሰርሑ ደሴት-መሰል ኣቀማምጣታትን ተንጠልጢሉ ዝርከብ ምድሓን ሓዊን ዝሓቖፈ እዩ። ከም ስዉራት ማዕጹን ናይ ሶኬት ፓነላትን ዝኣመሰሉ ዝርዝራት ብዝቕላል ኣገባብ ተታሒዞም ኣገልግሎቶም ብዘየቋርጹ ኣየር ናይ'ቲ ቦታ ከይረብሹ ተገይሮም ተሰሪሖም ኣለዉ። እቲ መንበሪ ገዛ ብድምር 280 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ይሽፍን።

- It is extremely challenging to create a colonial style design in the economic center of the East. After thinking, the design uses black and white as a contrast, the materials use small brick terrazzo, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, showing a strong oriental flavor and colonialism.
