ወንዞው ቫንኬ ማእከል ኣብ ሉቸንግ ዲስትሪክት፡ ወንዞው፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ ንግዳውን ቤት ጽሕፈትን ህንጻ እዩ። እዚ ንድፍ ሓሳብ ናይ ሻን-ሹዊ ከተማ ዝጥቀም ኮይኑ፡ ባህላዊ ቻይናዊ ባእታታት ከም ኣኽራው (ባምቡ)፡ ኮረብታታት፡ ውሓዝታትን መንገድታትን ናብ ዘመናዊ ህንጸት የእቱ። ናይ ሴራሚክ ሸራሓት፡ ናይ ኣሉሚንየም ሸራሓት ከምኡውን ዝተሓትመ ብርጭቆ ንገጽ ህንጻ ይሃንጹ፣ ምስ ዘብርህ ፏፏቴ፡ ብእምኒ ዝቐርጹ መደያይቦታትን ናይ ኣሉሚንየም ኣኽራው ቅርጽታትን። ናይ ወሓይዝ ጐድኒ ኣደባባይን ገፊሕ መደያይቦን ነቶም ድኳናት ምስቶም ቀረባ ፓርካት የራኽብዎም፣ ኣብ ምብራቓዊ ወገን ዘለዉ ኣእዋም ድማ ጫውጫውታ ይንክዩ። ኣብ ላዕለዋይ ደርቢ ዘሎ መጻውቲ ጐደና (ትራክ) ንምንቅስቓስን ንዕረፍትን ቦታ ይህብ።

Wenzhou Vanke Center ንግዳውን ቤት ጽሕፈትን ህንጻ ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Wenzhou Vanke Center ንግዳውን ቤት ጽሕፈትን ህንጻ ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Wenzhou Vanke Center ንግዳውን ቤት ጽሕፈትን ህንጻ ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

- The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- Chinese traditional paitings are the most important inspiration for the design. With a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminum bamboos, the building calls back the old times using modern materials.

- The project started in November 2018 in Wenzhou and finished in September 2020 in Wenzhou,China.
- ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት
- In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
