እቲ ፕሮጀክት ኣብ ዲስትሪክት ጓንግሚንግ፡ ሸንዘን ዝርከብ እዩ። ብጠቕላላ 140,000 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስፍሓት ህንጻ ዘለዎ፡ ማእከል ስነ-ጥበብ ትርኢት፡ ቤተ-መዘክር ስነ-ጥበብ፡ ቤት-መጻሕፍትን ኣዳራሽ ውጥን ከተማን ዘቃልሕ ሓፈሻዊ መደበር እዩ። ቴማ ዲዛይን ናይቲ ፕሮጀክት ከተማን ተፈጥሮን እዩ። ከተማታት ሰባትን ህንጻታትን ጥራይ ኣይኮኑን፡ እንስሳታት፡ ተኽልታት፡ ከምኡውን ተራ ህሞታት እውን ኣካል ከተማ እዮም፡ እዞም ሓቢሮም ሕብራዊ ዓለም ይፈጥሩ። ስነ-ሓሳብ ዲዛይን ናይቲ ፕሮጀክት ዓይኒ ባህሊ፡ መዝሙር ስነ-ጥበብ እዩ።

- The overall project is mainly made of RGR materials, which are not easily deformed and light in weight. The library uses wood veneer and solid wood materials, which can not only have the effect of sound insulation and heat preservation, but also have the effect of ventilation and convection. The art gallery uses latex paint and rubber floor materials, with soft colors, hard paint film, smooth and matt surface, comfortable viewing experience, and bright and soft colors.
