ናይ ግዜ ጉዕዞ ኣብ ታይዋን ኣብ 2021 ዝተዛዘመ ናይ ሓደ ስድራቤት ገዛ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ንድፊ ንሰለስተ ኣባላት ዘለዋ ስድራቤት ህድኣትን ውቅብናን ብሓባር የተኣናግድ። መስኮታትን ጽኑዕ ናይ ዕንጨይቲ መጋረጃታትን ብርሃን መዓልቲ የእትዉ፣ ኣብ ንግዳዊ ከባቢ ድማ ምስጢራውነት ይሕልዉ። ተፈጥሮኣዊ ዕንቊ-እምኒ (ማርብል)፣ ጣልያናዊ ንጣፍ፣ ቆርበት፣ ሓጺንን ናይ ጌጣጌጥ ኣቀማምጣታትን ውዑይን ድሙቕን ባህርይ ይህቡ። ቀዳማይ ደርቢ ህዝባዊ ቦታ ኮይኑ፣ ካልኣይን ሳልሳይን ደርብታት ግላዊ እዮም፣ ራብዓይን ሓምሻይን ደርብታት ንዕቀናን ንቅምጦን ተባሂሎም ተዳልዮም፣ ትሕቲ-ባይታ ድማ ጋራጅ እዩ። ናይ ትራክ መብራህቲ ኣቀማምጣ ናይ ስድራቤት ስብስባት የርኢ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The design team takes the concepts of 'serenity' and 'luxury' to combine the modern and European elements that the family members like. To present a serene space, the design team installs windows and solid wood louvers to achieve lighting and privacy. Stepping into the foyer, the home gives people a sense of quiet and stable belonging. The luxury is shaped by trims and marble. The pattern of marble and the trims matched with each other, creating a luxurious, lush, and warm single-family house.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: The first floor is a public area, with solid wood louvers presenting a tranquil atmosphere. The second and third floors are private areas, with trims, marble, and wood grain herringbone to create a rich visual effect and bring out the feeling of grandeur and elegance. The fourth and fifth floors are storage spaces and terraces, while the basement is a garage. The track lighting displays each collection as if it were a work of art. On the wall is a picture of a family of three riding heavy motorcycles, a pursuit of speed and beautiful life.
መለለዪታት: Color flash, trims, audio-visual room, gray, racing car.
ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Building materials: electronic fireplace, natural marble, Italian tile, titanium plating, sici stone, leather, iron, glass, mirror, painted wood veneer, artificial stone skirting, European system panels, woodworking trim baking, engineered hardwood flooring, NORMAN solid wood louver, etc. The design team uses low-saturation, grayscale materials to create a visual impact. The natural marble creates stability, and the architectural concrete creates a serene atmosphere. Finally, the iron parts and grayscale details reveal a minimalistic, gentle atmosphere, and the warmth of home.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The space has been unused for 8 years, so it took time to organize the pre-processing. However, what bothers the design team are the conditions of the site. One is that the space is in a commercial area, and maintaining privacy depends on the layout and planning. The second is that the space is a combination of two single-family houses, so the beams became a difficult part of the layout. The design team needs to shape the atmosphere and link the themes of each floor within the constraints of the beams.
ምርምር: When people enter the space, they will be stunned by the lighting and privacy. The layout of the single-family house was finished with the construction of manic reduction, and the solid wood louvers gave it a tranquil atmosphere. In addition, the trims link each area, giving the environment a luxurious visual. Moreover, each floor has its fascinating theme created by the design team for each family member. All in all, the house is like a hidden gem in the city, with a bustling exterior and a quiet interior.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: The project is across the street from the client's old house, next to his elderly parents-in-law. They have always been supportive and caring during the client's busy career for many years. The project serves three people, the man and his son like stereos, cars, and collect watches, and the woman focuses on family happiness. All three of them love to ride heavy motorcycles and drive racing cars. Meanwhile, the family loves to share their life and love European and American styles, so the core of the project is collectibles, European and American styles, and the presentation of warm space.

ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: The design team values the atmosphere. After the client expressed his desire to have a 'home', the designers started to construct the residence with ingenious ideas. Solid wood louvers provide lighting and privacy, while public and private areas are divided by flooring. The design team used natural marble and imported tiles to create the style of different spaces. The master bedroom is elegant, and the dressing room is customized to meet the needs of the client's collection.
