ናይ ሻንግሃይ ቦሁአ ታወር 55F ንሓደ ብሃይብሪድ ኣገባብ ስራሕ ዝሰርሕ ናይ ወፍሪ ትካል ዝተሰርሐ ውሽጣዊ ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ቤት ጽሕፈት ንሰራሕተኛታት ኣብ ሻንግሃይ ማእከላይ መደበር ዝኾኖም ቦታ ይህቦም፣ ከምኡ'ውን ንወፈርቲን ጋሶችን ዝኸውን ግቡእ ናይ ኣኼባ ቦታ ይህብ። ውጥኑ ብቲ ናይ መእተዊ ቦታ (ሎቢ) ናብ ናይ ስራሕ ጣውላታት ወገንን ናይ ኣኼባ ወገንን ተመቓቐለ። ንኣብያተ-ንባብ ናይ ንባብ ጣውላታት ዘዘኻኽራ ኣርባዕተ ነዋሕቲ ጣውላታት፣ ምስ ውልቃዊ ካዝናታት ብሓደ፣ ንናይ ስራሕ ቦታ ይመልኩ። ውልቃዊ ጣውላታት ኣብ ድሕሪ ናይ ዕንጨይቲ መንደቓት ተቐምጡ። እቲ ውሱን ናይ መሳርሒ ምርጫ ኣብ ኮንክሪት፣ ትራቨርታይንን ፈኹስ ኦክን ጥራይ ተሓጽረ፣ ከምኡ'ውን ናይ ፓነላት፣ ናይ ምፍልላይ መንደቓትን ካቢነታትን ሓደ ሞዱል ይማቐላ።

- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- Providing a physical home for many of the staff of an investment firm that has been working from home during the pandemic. It provides not only an office home base in Shanghai but also a suitable meeting space for the various investors, and VIPs. Programmatically, it is divided into two sides by the lobby, a workstation side and a meeting side. The office side is dominated by four long tables recalling library reading tables and personal lockers. Private desks are hidden behind wood partitions.

- Minimal and restrained, the material finish is dominated by pale travertine, concrete, and oak. The wood panels, travertine, and glass partitions and cabinetry share the same dimensional module and provide a consistent spatial and visual rhythm throughout the office. The verticality of the module also recalls classical building proportions to ground the design suitable for a financial company.
