እቲ ዲዛይን

ብዛዕባ Yenikoy House መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ

ገዛ የኒኮይ ኣብ ኢስታንቡል፡ ቱርኪ ዝርከብ መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ፕሮጀክት እዩ። እዚ ገዛ 250 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስፍሓት ዘለዎ ኮይኑ፡ 80 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ቴራስ የጠቓልል። እቲ ኣቀማምጣ ኣርባዕተ ክፍልታት ዘለዎ ኮይኑ፡ ክልተ ክፍልታት መደቀሲ፡ ሓደ ክፍሊ ጅምናስቲክ (ጂም)፡ ሓደ ክፍሊ ናይ ምቕማጥ (ሳሎን) ከምኡውን ሓንቲ ክሽነ ይርከቦ። እቲ ንድፊ ኣብ ዙርያ ትርኢት ከተማ ተመርኲሱ ዝተሰርሐ ኮይኑ፡ ነበርቲ ካብ ውሽጢ ኮይኖም ነታ ዝኸበበቶም ከተማ ክስምዑ ዘኽእል እዩ። ኣቕሑ ገዛ ትኹረት ናብቲ ናይ ደገ ትርኢት ንምምላስ ቀሊል ኮይኑ ተሓዚዙ ኣሎ። ታደላክት፡ ተፈጥሮኣዊን ኣየር ዘሕልፍን ስነ-ምህዳራዊ ንጥረ-ነገር፡ ኣብ መንደቕን ናሕስን ተለጢፉ ኣሎ።

Yenikoy House መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Yenikoy House መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Yenikoy House መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
መለለዪታት: Modern style
ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
ምርምር: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
