4.56 JVPD ኣብ ጁሁ፣ ሙምባይ ዝርከብ መንበሪ ህንጻ እዩ። እዚ ህንጻ ዕሙቕቲ ኣፓርታማት ዝሓዘ ኮይኑ፣ ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ደርቢ ሓንቲ ኣፓርታማት፣ ከምኡ'ውን ክልተ ድብሊክስ ኣፓርታማት ኣለዎኦ። ድሕሪ-ምጥባቕ ዝተገብረሎም ስላብታት (post tensioned slabs) ንደገፍቲ ጨናፍር (beams) ዘድልዮም ኣድላይነት ስለ ዘወግድዎ፣ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ውሽጣዊ ደርቢ ካብ ዓንዲታት ነጻ ኮይኑ፣ ውሽጣዊ ኣቀማምጣ ብብዙሕ መንገድታት ክሕሰብ ይኽእል እዩ። ገፊሕቲ ክፉታት መስኮታት ኣብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ኣፓርታማት ብርሃን ጸሓይን መስቀላዊ ኣየርን የእትዉ። ውልቃዊ ሊፍት ብቐጥታ ናብ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ገዛ ይኸፍት። እቲ ህንጻ ን52.9 ሜትሮ ዝቖመ ኮይኑ፣ ነቲ ብቐረባ ብዘሎ ናይ ኤርፖርት ፈነል ዞባ ዝተገብረ ደረት ዘኽብር እዩ።

4.56 Jvpd መንበሪ ህንጻ ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ካብ ጽቡቕ ዝተዳለዉ ፍጥረታት ዝጽበዩ ሞያውን ኢንዱስትሪኣውን ጠለባት ንዝመላኡ ጽቡቓት ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ሓጺን ዓቢ ክእለት፣ ልዑል ፍሉይነት፣ ክኢላዊ ርድኢትን ፈጠራዊ ዓቕምን ፈጣርዮም የርእዩ። 4.56 Jvpd መንበሪ ህንጻ ብብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን፣ ተግባራውን ሓድሽን ፍጥረት ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ንዝበለጹ ልምድታት ኢንዱስትሪ የጣምር፣ ምስ ፍልጠትን ተውህቦን ዝተኣሳሰሩ ብቑዓት ቴክኒካውያን ባህርያት ድማ ኣለዎ። 4.56 Jvpd መንበሪ ህንጻ ብጥንቃቐኡ ይኽበር፣ ንዓለም ዝሓሸ ቦታ ክትኸውን ዝሕግዙ ምምሕያሻት መዓርግ ህይወት ንምቕራብ ድማ ዝተዳለወ እዩ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: The building in 52.9M in Height with each apartment 27.5M in length X 10.5M in breadth.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: The apartments are made with Post tensioned slabs
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
ምርምር: The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
