ጎልደን ፎርትረስ (Golden Fortress) ኣብ ታይዋን ዝርከብ ናይ መንበሪ ህንጻ ውሽጣዊ ዲዛይን ናይ ሓባራዊ ቦታ እዩ። እቲ ናይ ዲዛይን ቦታ ኣብ ውሽጢ 2,600 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝኸውን መሰረት 600 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍን ኮይኑ፡ ን15 ደርብታትን 100 ናይ መንበሪ ኣሃዱታትን የገልግል። እቲ ናይ ሊፍት መእተዊ ኣዳራሽ ኣብ ማእከል እቲ ውጥን ተቐሚጡ፡ ኣብ ድሕሪኡ ድማ ጀርዲን ይርከብ። ዓበይቲ መሳኹቲ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ብርሃን የእትዉን ናብቲ ጀርዲን ክፉት ትርኢት ይህቡን። ተፈጥሮኣዊ ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ሽፋን ንገጻት እቲ ቦታ ውዑይ ስምዒት ዝህብ ጠባይ ይህቦ። ኣቀማምጣ ኣቕሑ ገዛ ንናይ ስድራቤት ክፍሊ፡ ንማእከል ኣካላዊ ምንቅስቓስን ንመዘናግዒ ቦታን ብዘይ ቀዋሚ መከፋፈሊ ይፈሊ፡ ስለዚ እቲ ውጥን ክፉት ኮይኑ ንኹሉ ዕድመ ዝሰማማዕ እዩ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The building incorporates an expansive garden area at the rear, contributing to it's overall spatial design. The elevator lobby is strategically positioned at the center, functioning as a pivotal component of the architectural layout.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: The base covers a total area of 2,600 square meters, with a designated design area of 600 square meters. It features 15 floors and contains 100 residential units.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Based on structural planning, the design adopts a minimalist approach, minimizing excessive decoration and unnecessary waste to achieve a natural and pure aesthetic. Natural wood veneer materials are selected to create a warm, textured atmosphere. Additionally, the furniture is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space utilization. Large windows are incorporated to allow ample natural light.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The entire lobby must accommodate multiple functions while maintaining maximum openness to allow an unobstructed view of the garden, seamlessly connecting the interior with the exterior. We define different areas using various types of furniture, creating zones without physical partitions, so the space remains open and cohesive.
ምርምር: The public spaces offer a variety of functions to meet diverse needs. The family room can be used by those working from home as well as school-age children. The fitness center is available year-round for all age groups. The lounge provides a comfortable environment.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: This residential development is conceived to establish a comfortable and welcoming living environment that promotes social engagement and convenience. Occupants benefit from views overlooking the rear garden, contributing to a tranquil and soothing atmosphere. The open plan design optimizes spatial efficiency and adaptability.
