Ang Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club ay isang interior ng clubhouse ng komunidad sa Qingdao, China, isang lungsod na nasa pagitan ng mga bundok at dagat. Ang clubhouse ay sumasaklaw sa 4239 metro kuwadrado at naglalagay ng iba't ibang gamit sa loob ng isang eskultural na istruktura. Ang espasyo ay pumapaikot pataas upang makuha ang pinakamataas na natural na liwanag at bukas na tanawin paitaas, bilang pagpupugay sa mga tradisyonal na hardin ng Tsina. Ang mga natural na materyales at nagbabagong liwanag ng araw ay lumilikha ng payapa at komportableng kapaligiran. Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: The design inspiration comes from light.The changeable natural light brings into the space a ray of natural art.Furnished with natural materials,the elegant space and scene allows a tranquil and cozy atmosphere.
Hamon sa Disenyo: The design embodies a wide range of scenes to extend the pursuit of a quality life,and provides new consumption experience where urban living aesthetics integrates with mutually supportive communities.
Pananaliksik: The modern and simplistic design,centering on landscaper,and fully incorporates and brings out the best of tradition and modern,life and art, which creating a closer and amiable space for better communication.Like the museum’s changing space, it spirals upward to obtain maximum natural light and upward views.It is an embodiment of the life wisdom of ‘exquisite life aesthetics’,and a comprehensive extension of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationship.

Tagal ng Proyekto: The project started in January 2019 in Qingdao,China and finished in June 2019.
Daloy ng Operasyon: In the sculptural structure,a variety of functions are designed into it.The variable space spirals up,which constitutes designers’homage to the traditional Chinese gardens,while also obtaining the maximum natural light and an upward view.The extending upward view epitomes the unlimited possibilities of life.
