Ang Disenyo

Tungkol sa Sorkhroud Seaside Town Urban Design

Ang proyekto sa Seaside Town ay binibigyang kahulugan ng limang uri ng mga villa, na bawat isa ay may sariling mga katangian na nagpapaiba nito sa iba. Ngunit sa parehong oras, ang ideya at pisikal na programa ay sumusunod sa halos parehong mga prinsipyo. Sa tulong ng bawat volume orientation, lahat ng villa ay nakikinabang sa mga tanawin ng parehong lungsod at dagat. Tungkol naman sa mga usapin sa privacy batay sa lokasyon at kulturang ibinibigay ng site, kinakailangang tiyakin na ang bawat gusali at ang mga tanawin nito ay hindi makakasakit sa mga pribado o tanawin ng ibang mga villa, ang mga gusali ay malapit sa isa't isa sa pamamagitan lamang ng isang elevation na walang anumang pinto.

Ang Sorkhroud Seaside Town Urban Design ay nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak, isang pambihirang prestihiyosong pagkilalang iginagawad sa mga disenyong nasa pinakamataas na antas, nakabibighani at kahanga-hanga. Ang mga nagwagi ng Pilak ay mga likhang lubhang makinang at napakamalikhain na naglalarawan sa pambihirang kadalubhasaan, talento at talas ng isip ng kanilang mga tagapagdisenyo. Inaasahang ang Sorkhroud Seaside Town Urban Design ay isang kahanga-hangang likhang huwaran na kapansin-pansing propesyonal at malalim na makabago. Ang disenyong ito na nagwagi ng A' Design Award na Pilak ay isang lubhang kapansin-pansin at hinahangaang imbensyon na nakikinabang at nagpapaunlad sa mga hangganan ng sining, agham, disenyo at teknolohiya. Ang Sorkhroud Seaside Town Urban Design ay isang likhang labis na kinaiinggitan na gumigising ng mga hangarin, nagdadala ng positibong damdamin at nagpapasiklab ng pagkamangha at pagkabighani.

Mga Natatanging Katangian: In this project, with the help of volume’s rotations, all villas benefit from suitable views and lots of perspective . Neighbors do not have view to one another.(they turn their back on each other.)While each unit is formed in the relation to it’s neighbors and together they form a coherent and unit puzzle, in such a way that if even one villa is removed from the site, the coherence of the complex will be lost.
Mga Sukat at Packaging: This project is located in sorkhroud city in north of the Iran. It is designed in a 48000 m² land(420m * 130m) & includes 71 villa units (including 6 main types ) .every villa´s land is about 500 m² . all of them are formed in 3 floors & have an area of 450 m².

Teknolohiya sa Produksyon: In this project, our emphasis has been on the relationship between surfaces and forms.Therefore, the purity of the volumes was very important and because of that, micro cement is used for the final layer to create a pure and white coating
Hamon sa Disenyo: .one of the most important challenge that we faced to it `we need too many parkings limits for villas during vacations . We placed some of them in the remaining space between all 4 modules that were combined. Therefore, both positive and negative spaces are combined and complement each other
Pananaliksik: we researched about the climate & tried to find a way to use air circulation for decreasing hiumidity by spacing villas. Also the rotation of volumetric masses has been formed due to have wider perspective.
Inspirasyon: In a villa town, one of the most important things is the scenic view, and at the same time to block the neighbor ’s view to the inner space. So we use rigidity and rotation to achieve both
Tagal ng Proyekto: this project is designd in may 2021 & the construction began in february in the north of the iran & is set to end the next 2 years
Daloy ng Operasyon: In creation of an architectural plan of the seaside town, with consideration of facing a set of volumetric masses; at the beginning, our confrontation with volumes was in a narrative way as if volumes are figures which were formed in the reaction of one another and also the formation of surfaces has been abstracted from the social interaction of their masses
