Ang Re:Form ay isang set ng alahas na binubuo ng tatlong gumagalaw na kwintas na hugis-bola (sliding beads) at isang kadena. Ang mga sliding bead ay karaniwang nakatagong bahagi na ginagamit upang ayusin ang haba ng kwintas at pulseras. Ginagawa ng Re:Form ang sliding bead bilang pangunahing elemento ng disenyo. Maaaring ilagay ang bawat bola kahit saan sa kadena, kaya't magagawa ng nagsusuot ang isang kwintas, pulseras, o iba pang kombinasyon. Ang 36-pulgadang kadena ay nagbibigay-daan sa mahigit 120 kombinasyon, samantalang ang 18-pulgadang kadena naman ay nag-aalok ng hindi bababa sa 90.
