Ang Koho ay isang interior ng punong tanggapan at exhibition hall na may construction area na 5000 metro kuwadrado. Pinagsasama ng layout ang mga tungkulin ng opisina at mga exhibition area na nagtatanghal ng disenyo ng muwebles. Ang tubig, mga bilog at mga arko ang bumubuo sa pangunahing tema, na makikita sa mga dingding, kisame at mga piyesa ng muwebles. Isang spiral na hagdanan at isang kristal na chandelier ang nagsisilbing mga artistikong focal point. Pinagsama ang mga bukas at nakasarang zone upang suportahan ang malinaw na sirkulasyon. The project subtly blends natural elements with Italian aesthetics, creating a simple yet artistic space through fluid, soft curves and an open layout. The office area cleverly combines open and enclosed zones for an effective circulation design and an inclusive atmosphere.

Inspirasyon: Drawing inspiration from nature, the project takes water, circle and arc as the core to infuse the space with a dynamic sense and Italian elegance. The crystal chandelier hanging from the ceiling, resembling water pouring down from the sky, brings to mind pure, harmonious nature. The elements of circle and arc run through the entire project, including walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. These fluid, soft curves contribute to an inclusive, warm atmosphere.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The project began its design phase in the middle of 2023, started construction in April 2024, and completed in September 2024.
Daloy ng Operasyon: This project prioritizes the interaction between man and space. It cleverly combines open and enclosed zones, complemented by artistic elements such as a spiral staircase and a crystal chandelier, achieving an effective circulation design and an inclusive atmosphere. The introduction of a smart office system, including intelligent lighting and temperature control, ensures higher work efficiency and better comfort for employees.
