Уникаль үзенчәлекләр: To refresh and reborn an abandoned hospital building for years, a sustainable recreation hotel was proposed. Most of the original appearance from the old building is preserved, maximizing sunshine and natural breeze to flow into the building, and the space is decorated and integrated into the environment with the lowest consumption materials and in the simplest way. Full of vines and climbing plants cling on the pillars in the hotel lobby, lively plants decorated in guest rooms and rooftop bar, creating the whole building with natural sunlight and greenery space, like an oasis in a concrete city.

Discarded shrimp and crab cages are reused as lamps.
