«زاكاۋەت ھاۋاسى» تەخمىنەن 122 квадرат метىر كەڭلىكتىكى تۇرالغۇ ئۆيىنىڭ ئىچكى بېزەش دىزايىنى بولۇپ، ئۆي كىرىش يولى، ئوچۇق ئوقۇش خانىسى، ئوچۇق تاماقلىنىش خانىسى ۋە ئاشخانا، ئۈچ ياتاق ئۆيى ھەمدە ئىككى ھاجەتخانىنى ئۆز ئىچىگە ئالىدۇ. ھەر بىر رايوندا ئالاھىدە مېھمانخانىلارغا ئوخشايدىغان ئېلېمېنتلار جايلاشتۇرۇلغان. كىرىش ئېغىزىدا، قوش تەرەپلىك شكاف ۋە سېرىق شىشە ئارقىلىق ئايرىم بىر دەھلىز شەكىللەندۈرۈلگەن. ئوچاق شەكلىدە لايىھىلەنگەن تېلېۋىزور شكافى مېھمانخانىنىڭ ئاساسىي دىققەت مەركىزىنى تەشكىل قىلىدۇ. چوڭ دەرىزىلەر ئاشخانىغا كۈندۈزلۈك يورۇقلۇق ئېلىپ كىرىدۇ. يۆتكىلىشچان ئۆي جاھازلىرى ئوچۇق بوشلۇقنى تىنچ ھالەتتىكى بۆلەكلەرگە ئايرىيدۇ.

Air Of Elegance Turaqлиқ Ички Безەш Дизайни A' Design Award تۆمۈر مۇكاپاتىنىڭ غالىبى، بۇ ياخشى لايىھىلەنگەن ئىجادىيەتلەردىن ساقلىنىدىغان كەسپىي ۋە سانائەت تەلەپلىرىنى قاندۇرىدىغان ياخشى لايىھىلەرگە بېرىلىدىغان ئابرويلۇق ئېتىراپتۇر. تۆمۈر غالىبلىرى ياراتقۇچىلىرىنىڭ زور ماھارىتى، يۇقىرى ئالاھىدە كەسپىلىكى، مۇتەخەسسىسلەرچە چۈشەنچىسى ۋە ئىجادىي قابىلىيىتىنى نامايان قىلىدۇ. Air Of Elegance Turaqлиқ Ички Безەш Дизайни ئەستايىدىللىقى بىلەن ھۆرمەتكە سازاۋەر بولۇپ، دۇنيانى تېخىمۇ ياخشى ئورۇنغا ئايلاندۇرۇشقا ياردەم بېرىدىغان تۇرمۇش سۈپىتىنى ياخشىلاشنى تەمىنلەش ئۈچۈن لايىھىلەنگەن.

- ئۆزگىچە ئالاھىدىلىكلەر
- The client raises a pair of lively twins. Busyness and intense in daily life is such that they particularly miss the time of traveling and being on vacations when they can enjoy peace and quiet. The design team arranged the layout complying with the features of the base, and placed elements similar to boutique hotels into each area, creating an interior environment where the children can grow up safe and sound while the couple could get to enjoy an elegant life.

- It is about 122 square meters inside the building. It includes a foyer, an open-spaced study, an open-spaced dining room and kitchen along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

- Marble, Silestone, Imported tile, herringbone parquet floor, Europe-imported system furniture board, leather, Tawny glass, Iron, Steel-brushed wood veneer, Piano lacquer
- لايىھە قىيىنچىلىقى
- The client made a demand on spacious master bedroom and open-spaced study in living room; however, large panel of windows coming along with the base kept us from placing the partition walls freely. In that case, the design team needed to precisely plan on the proper proportion of each functional space, and to use special shaped cabinets to make the most of the space while stay spacious enough.

- At the entrance, a separated hallway is formed by doubled sided cabinet and tawny glasses. To the left of it is public spaces, such as a living room, a study and a kitchen, the design team make the TV cabinet, which is shaped as a fireplace, the main focus, since there is a large window in the kitchen area, it is built as a sunlight kitchen. To the right of the hallway lie several private regions, on that path, artistic atmosphere is cultivated by built in cabinet with irregular cutting lines and painting hanging track.

- Snuggling up beside the fireplace with coffee and books in hand, sitting around the kitchen island with a few friends, bathing in the sun, revealing its own beauty and uniqueness when a glimmer of light beaming from the wall lamp... Those are lives that the client expected, which also became the theme of the entire design.

- The project finished in August, 2018 in Zhubei city in Hsinchu county, Taiwan.

- In order to keep the feature that the base gets enough natural light from several windows while allowing the couple to take the toddlers in hand, the design team apply fully-open technique in public spaces. With different facades and movable furniture moving around and settling down among all the areas in various combinations, we can build up invisible borders and divide the open space into different regions.
