Br Design Center — це офісний інтер'єр для творчої майстерні в Чунціні, Китай. Дизайн виконано в індустріальному стилі лофт. Водопровідні, електричні та протипожежні труби залишені відкритими на стінах. Матеріали, зібрані на будівельному майданчику, використовуються повторно, а наявні індустріальні елементи збережено. Оболонка будівлі складається з дволанкової металевої сітчастої решітки, яка фільтрує надлишкове світло, водночас забезпечуючи природне освітлення та вентиляцію.
