«Гірський особняк» — це інтер'єр центру продажів площею 1085 квадратних метрів. Дизайн натхненний описами гірських резиденцій, створеними стародавніми вченими. Сучасні вигини та лінії поєднуються з геометричними формами по всьому простору. Частину оригінальної підлоги піднято, а сходи позначають зміну рівня. Відкрите планування та вільно розставлені меблі дозволяють проводити громадські заходи, тематичні зустрічі та презентації продуктів. Матеріали включають камінь, дерев'яне оздоблення, метал, армоване скло, акрил та плівку, вільну від важких металів і летких органічних розчинників.

- Унікальні властивості
- The open space layout, free combination of furniture, fashion and simple color collocation are all full of international aesthetic. Community interaction, theme sharing and roadshow activities can be carried out here to create a shared, interactive and cultural social space. By partially lifting the space of the original site, the level difference of the ground is changed with stairs.

- As for the interior design, material selection is of great importance, which means that we should not only take consideration of the performance effect and innovation of materials, but also take into account the environmental protection of materials. In this case, a large number of 3M film materials without heavy metals and volatile organic solvents are used in the empty space, which can perfectly realize the space design scheme and bring us unique visual experience.

- The design inspiration is extracted from the description of mountain residence by ancient literati. Modern curve and line elements are combined with geometric figures, which run through the whole space, thus evolving the concept of mountain residence painting.

- The project started in November 2020 in Yantai and finished in June 2021 in Yantai.
