Біньхай Друга Філія — це оптометричний центр у Тяньцзіні. Інтер'єр площею 373 квадратних метри поєднує медичні, торгові та мистецькі елементи. Фасад має лаконічну форму з динамічними змінами кольору. Лаконічні дуги інтегровані з внутрішнім плануванням, формуючи простір. Чіткий маршрут руху дозволяє максимально ефективно використовувати обмежену площу. На другому поверсі розташований центр обстеження, де просторове рішення створює тиху та відкриту атмосферу. Матеріали включають дерево, металеві стелі, зелені рослини, електрифіковане нанометрове скло та шкіряні дивани, виготовлені на замовлення.
