Grand Mansion — це дизайн інтер'єру модельного будинку площею 110 квадратних метрів у Гуанчжоу. У вітальні відсутні традиційний диван та фонова стіна. Довгий багатофункціональний стіл слугує для завтраку, відеоконференцій, роботи, навчання та післяобідньої чаю. Інтер'єр поділено на спільні зони для відпочинку, роботи та зберігання речей. Горизонтальна багатофункціональна шафа стирає межу між зоною вітальні та їдальні. Серед використаних матеріалів — декоративна фарба, текстуровані настінні покриття, шпон дерева, мармур та цегла. Планування відповідає поєднаним потребам проживання та роботи.

Унікальні властивості: The designers have conducted the actual understanding and analysis of the hostess's habits and hobbies. The design concept of intermediary came into being, and the designers no longer pursue a single design logic.
