By employing an innovative Kavi press-lock mechanism, we achieved tool-free, rapid assembly with just one hand. The adjustable Kavi clamping structure guarantees a secure connection for frames ranging from 8 to 20mm in thickness. High-strength POM material and a concealed Kavi rear clip ensure both safety and elegance whether the frame is upright or hanging. Moreover, we conducted multiple rounds of user testing across various assembly scenarios to refine the mechanical structure of the Kavi clasp, minimizing loosening and wear over prolonged use. Intuitive Kavi guides were also incorporated into the packaging and instruction manual to further lower the threshold for use. These innovations and meticulous refinements have not only elevated the user experience and product practicality but also established a solid foundation for future Kavi product iterations and multi-scenario applications.
