Про YumChina Innovation Center Дизайн інтер'єру інноваційного центру
Інноваційний центр Yum China — це дизайн інтер'єру площею 2500 квадратних метрів для об'єкта досліджень і розробок у сфері харчування в Шанхаї, Китай. Центр включає спеціалізовані кухні, конференц-зал, зону дизайну упаковки, офіси та лобі. Кожна кухня спланована для ефективної, гігієнічної та комфортної роботи. Спеціальні системи вентиляції, водопостачання, електроживлення та передачі даних підтримують дослідницьку діяльність. Поверхні з ясеневого дерева та капу в сірих і білих тонах створюють теплу та спокійну атмосферу. Планування було ретельно продумане для покращення руху персоналу та відвідувачів.

- The Innovation Center is an optimization of the creative food experience. The design team carefully examined the food creation process and optimized the space to enhance the workflow and the movement of staff and visitors through the facility. The materials, colors and textures were selected to create an atmosphere that supports the sensory experience of new food creations.

- The Yum China Innovation Kitchen facility is tasked with
interpreting, developing and refining the many food products
offered by the Yum China family of restaurants. Everything from
the ingredients, to the look to the packaging are meticulously
considered at this facility. Therefore, all aspects of this facility
were also meticulously considered, refined and reconsidered to
create a workplace that nurtures the very important tasks of the
professionals that labor here creating the future of food. - Натхнення

- The YumChina Innovation Center is at the heart of YumChina’s efforts to bring healthy diverse food choices to China. In highly specialized kitchens, foods are researched, developed and optimized. Each of the specialized kitchens has been designed to provide efficient, hygienic and thoughtful workspaces. Everything from materials, equipment and ergonomics was considered. Special HVAC, water, power and data systems were developed to fully support the Innovation Center activities. This cutting edge project resulted from the collaboration of the designers, contractors and food experts.
