MGY Base دفتری عمارت کے بارے میں

ایم جی وائی بیس جاپان کے شہر ٹوکیو میں ایک ملبوسات کے برانڈ کے لیے تعمیر کردہ دفتری عمارت ہے۔ اس کا ڈیزائن ایسے "خفیہ اڈے" کے تصور پر مبنی ہے جہاں لوگ جمع ہونا چاہیں۔ مرکزی منزل کی بلندی 6 میٹر ہے، اور شیشے کا وسیع اگواڑا نیم کھلی (سیمی آؤٹ ڈور) جگہ کا تاثر دیتا ہے۔ بالاخانے میں لگی وائر میش، صنعتی طرز کی روشنیاں، اور لوہے و سکیفولڈنگ سے بنے فرنیچر و آرائشی اجزاء اسی موضوع کو تقویت دیتے ہیں۔ عمارت کا ڈھانچہ سریے دار کنکریٹ (ری انفورسڈ کنکریٹ) پر مشتمل ہے اور اس کا کل رقبۂ فرش 124 مربع میٹر ہے۔ کھلا اندرونی حصہ باہمی رابطے اور آرام دہ ماحول میں کام کی حوصلہ افزائی کے لیے ترتیب دیا گیا ہے۔

The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

آپریشن کا بہاؤ: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
